The 3 C’s in our leadership
Leadership at Grace is relational and functional rather than positional. We are shepherds and not wardens and therefore don’t rule, but serve. It does not have age requirements, nor gender, race or social standing. The only requirements are:
Character • Competence • Chemistry
There are multiple leadership roles at Grace and they are not hierarchical but influential. Pastors, elders, ministry leaders such as youth, junior church, lifestyle groups, Ozone,pots, meeting leaders and service hosts.
Pastors
Craig & Lynette Kube
Craig and Lynette are the pastors of Grace Family Church since 2008. While Craig serves full-time, Lynette is bi-vocational and teaches at a Primary School in Penlyn Estate. They were married in 1990 and have two children, Melissa and David. Lynette is an avid runner while Craig considers himself to be a 'golfer'.
