Make me a vessel

Have you ever been through a time of drought?

Have you been encouraged to trust God?

What did he ask you to do?

Did it make sense?

His ways are not our ways, but his way is the way of obedience.

Trust him, he’ll never let you down.

An Inconvenient Truth

Syncretism is the combining of different beliefs, while blending practices of various schools of thought. It opposes the TRUTH that:

Colossians 1-2

1:24 His body, which is the church,

1:25 preaching the word of God, 26 that is, the mystery

1:27 the mystery , which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

1: 28 We proclaim Him,

1: 29 For this purpose also I labour

2:6 Therefore as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, 7 having been firmly rooted and now built up in Him and established in your faith, just as you were instructed, and overflowing with gratitude.

He Came We saw

The Lord wants us to overflow with what we’ve received.

Truth and Grace are the ingredients of His plan.

Truth sets free while Grace causes growth.

We need to receive then give away from our overflow.

The Key is obedience.

So What are we full of, because when we’re pressed or knocked, we will spill what’s in us!

So fill us Lord, till we overflow with your Love.

Resurrection Sunday

There were many symbols reflected upon this weekend.

Craig starts with a brief explanation of the egg of pass-over meal.

In order to take hold of the new, we need to let go of the old.

The principal of leaving and cleaving.

He then moves on to the way our brokenness and pain cloud our vision.

When everybody else can see what’s in front of us.

He looks at the pain of the disciples which informs their doubt and fear.

Then how a revelation of the risen Lord changes our view and belief.
