My first Christmas Light

Jesus said; “I am the light of the world.”

He comes to us in our dark places,

He brings revelation of truth and frees us from our captive thoughts.

He reassigns us into His purpose by announcing our brief.

Peter was a fisherman called to be a shepherd.

Jesus wants to change your fisherman thinking into shepherding nurture.

Luke 5:17

You say faith, James asks to see your works.
Jesus forgives His sins, and causes quite a stir.
But He heals the man to show that he has the authority to forgive.

What is your mat?
What defines your weakness?

How desperate are you to receive a touch from Jesus?
We all need Friends who will bring us before the Lord.

Let’s be that friend and let’s pick up our mats as wounded healers.

Lights, Camera & Action

A New experience to remember.

The light of God, directing our path.

Join Brandon as he takes you on a journey into our stories.

Reflect on the scripture that brings you into the radical middle of our choices.

Then let the Word speak for Himself.

The Radical Mystery

In closing:

We’re in tension with the Kingdom and the world.

We’re in the radical middle of orthodoxy and Experience.

We’re in confrontation with all extreme positions while radically holding on to ours.

That Christ is the centre of it all and that Mystery is underscored by His love.

Without it we can do nothing of eternal consequence.

But!!! Christ is risen!

tHE raDical comBusTion

Holding in tension the Word and Spirit.

We start by reading the Word.

We rethink and contemplate: meditate.

Then we consider the truth.

We need to be inspired to receive revelation.

The Holy Spirit brings to memory what we’ve received.

In a moment of spontaneity, we give it away.

The Radical Middle

Theology is a system of ideas and ideals, especially one which forms the basis of a particular theory and policy.

The first generation goes forth on its own, to conquer new ground and blaze a glorious trail for reformation.

The second generation takes the helm, anxious to continue in the proud and honorable tradition of their fathers.

The third generation is focused more on perpetuating the organization, and less on the theological issues which actually created the movement in the first place.
